I made a terrible mistake with my blog. I accidentially changed my Word Press address & Blog address in the Options screen from "www.markestes.net" to "www.markestes.no"

The blog still exists but the template/theme is all screwed up. When I modify the URL to get back into http://www.markestes.net and Options, I try changing the address back but when I click update, I get "Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers for this feature to work."

I've read the documentation on this message and tried to fix it within my browser but nothing is working. I'd appreciate any help you can offer!

    Worst title of the day.

Have a look at this tutorial, it should help you undo what you've done: http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/

Thank you for providing this link! Sorry I'm so ignorant about this - I'm totally in the dark when it comes to most WP stuff... I don't know how to login to phpMyAdmin. I don't know where to access it even???

You probably want to start with contacting your host and asking how to login to it then. Can't help you much with that aspect, I'm afraid. Every host is different.

Well, I did figure out how to install the phpmyadmin plugin but then I couldn't active it because I get the same error message about referrers.

phpMyAdmin isn't a plugin. Well, maybe it is for WordPress, but I was suggesting you use the "real" phpMyAdmin app, as mentioned in the tutorial link.
