   Please help. I am locked out of my WordPress account, and when I try to reset my password, the reset key is not included in the email. The email I receive says click on link below to reset password, but there is no key. I have tried several times with the same problem. Please help.

   Thank you, but right now I have no access to my blog and the automatic reset is not working properly, it will not send me a key. Any suggestions?

   If you have no access to phpmyadmin, ftp or your hosting control panel then I'm afraid I'm unable to suggest anything further.
