   Each time I update my permalinks disappears all content of .htaccess file. My permalink does not working properly and works only with standard settings, for example http:// mysite.com/?p=123. And sometimes the file content is dumped by itself.

   When using other settings, it is not possible to get to any of the pages and the message NOT FOUND is displayed. However, it ispossible to access the posts.

   Why is the .htaccess content is dumped and what is the issue with permalinks?

   Please...any help is appreciated!
