   In Setting - General - I have deleted http://dhini.nl/wp
   the wp (in bold) I have deleted and now I can not login. Page not found
   http://dhini.nl/wp-login.php

   http://dhini/wp/wp-login.php

   Please help me..how? I want to login

   You'll have to go put back that /wp/ in the settings inside your database.

   you cannot change the URL like that in multisite.
