Iam looking for a plugin

the movies come randomly just as add
can somebody please help me find that
one more plugin is on the same page under post where the tags are in a box i want that box aswell but i cant find anything

You've completely lost me. I don't see any place on the site to download a plug-in, so I assume you are trying to figure out what plug-ins the site you mention is using. I'm not that smart, but I don't see any obvious clues in the HTML, etc. that my browser is displaying when I use View Source. Perhaps you should contact the site owner and ask.
By the way, the block below the menu doesn't work properly in the latest version of Firefox. The bottom gets chopped off.
And, finally, I should mention that not everything is done by plug-ins in WordPress. A lot of people just write their own custom changes by modifying php, etc.

A great place to start is the WordPress Plug-in Directory. "random video" gives you a sizable list of plug-ins to review/consider:

In general, "to make a blog look good" in WordPress, I would suggest looking through the Themes and Plug-ins directories:

That is a "featured post" rotator that is built right into the mystique theme. If you use the same theme, you can just turn it on in the theme options.
