I NEED HELP FIXING THIS PLEASE: Fatal error: Class ‘novalnetpayments’ not found in /home3/elwoodjr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-novalnet-gateway/includes/novalnet_banktransfer.php on line 25.

Looks like that plugin has a problem – same issue here:

You’ll need to deactivate/delete it the same way as suggested there.

Also, please do not post in all caps – it’s considered yelling.

Were Can I find the plugin folder using a FTP account?

Ask your hosting company for help with FTP if you don’t have that set up.

If you install (woocommerce-novalnet-gateway_v.1.0.3) without woocommerce plugin(not activated) , it will show “Fatal error”. Now they have fixed everything. please checkout their new version 1.0.4…
