Please Help. Comments and Pages show Error

Hi, I’m going insane. I just about had the page perfect, went to install flickr photo album, must have done some kind of wrong deleting and when you click on the comment link or page link this shows up:
Not Found
The requested URL /2007/03/29/ekk-another-not-so-necessary-purchase/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have no idea what I did. Everything is still there when I’m in as Amin and looking over things. The comments are all there, they just aren’t loading on the page. Grr. I hope someone can help. Thanks sooooo very much!!
