   Hello ,
   About three days ago i attempted to log into my site and through
   wp-admin/ and it just reloads the page with a different link
   ( http://www.1spg.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F1spg.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 ).
   I try reading the forums, i have spent hours with my hosting tech support.
   I have renamed plugin's folder and the theme folder.
   resetting passwords for users seems to work but cant enter my dashboard.
   I'm using WP 3.3.1
   php 5.2.17
   mysql 5.1.61
   Apache version 2.2.22

   Please any help could be useful i have about 8 years worth of information that i refuse to loose ...

   WOW this mrbt saved my life!!!!

   after searching everything here this worked for me

   ( I fixed my problem, I changed the "cookie path" and "cookie domain" in wp-config.php to match the path on the site, example.com/newsletter/

   I set them both to /newsletter/ and it worked. )
