Please Help Can't LOg in at all not even through FTP

    Can anyone help please with instructions a pleb can understand ( yep that’s Me ) when I try to log into my site this is all I get.
    I tried to be clever and add a backlinks code to my header and looks like I screwed it up big time. Also when I try to log in it nolonger recognises my username, or password.
    So now I am just about to fall on my sword or pull all my hair out ( that won’t take long ? ) Please Please help remembering to make me understand you got to be a genius yourself lol regards Clive

    When you say you can’t access the site via FTP what do you mean? Can you ask your host to help you out?

    In order to fix this, you’ll need to get in via FTP.

    Once you can login, make a back up of everything first and then
    delete that folder called backlinksgenius.

    Delete all of your plugins.

    If your site is back up to normal and you can login, try adding your plugins back in one by one…

    You might also want to fix your header and undo what you did.
