Please Help – Can’t get to my Admin Panel

I have had a problem for 2 days with syntax errors. I have reloaed files both wp and wp-content and wp-includes, and have copied the wp-db.php code a number of times but nothing is working.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_LNUMBER in /home/marlamu1/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 11

What else can I do I can’t get to my admin panel to delete any plugins and I went to my control panel and deleted the bbpress files that I was aware of that may be a plugin as this is what I was working on before these errors – bbpress forum.

Please help I am completely at my wits end!
