Hey, here is the page in question:

    http://www.yourvancouvermortgagebroker.ca/apply

I paid a guy on Craigslist to help create it and he has gone MIA. I'm trying to get rid of the space above the form but I don't know what my options are.

When I go to "visual" view and delete the lines, the whole form goes out of wack. I'm guessing it's because there is <script> code within the page editor.

Also, the page itself is so long (it extends way below the form itself. Esthetically this is just kind of annoying. Is this just the way the code was written or is there something I can do now.

    Thanks!!!

The other question I am wondering is how to add a function to send the summary form to a specific email.
