3 issues:

    1) The php code appears in the emails that are sent to my subscribers and when shared to social media, is there a way to fix that? I don't recall this happening until recently.

    2) The php links that I created for my ads in order to put them in posts and pages are no longer opening in a new window. I know that they used to work properly, but now they aren't. I am not sure how to trouble shoot this, but the HTML code seems to work just fine.

    3) I have posted questions before, but not heard back. However, if I reply on another thread I get a quick response suggesting to open a new topic. This is quite frustrating. It takes the same effort to simply answer the question, but instead I am told to start a new thread. Some of these threads seem to be unanswered for 5 months or more.

    I spent a lot of money for my site, and I have spent a lot of time trying to use it. I am learning all of this as I go and it would be nice to know the money I have spent would at least give me access to support when needed. Please don't ignore this thread.

    Hi AnnMarie,

    1) The php code appears in the emails that are sent to my subscribers and when shared to social media, is there a way to fix that? I don't recall this happening until recently.

    What is the shortcode you are using? are you using a snippet? or using it as
//dosomething
?

    2) The php links that I created for my ads in order to put them in posts and pages are no longer opening in a new window. I know that they used to work properly, but now they aren't. I am not sure how to trouble shoot this, but the HTML code seems to work just fine.

    This appears to be more of a html issue. what is the html code that you are using for your links?

    If you prefer you can email me at the.missing.code [at] gmail [dot] com with your answers.

    I'm, using HTML codes from my affiliates for ads, mostly Amazon. Each of them has the box checked for opening in a new window.

    The shortcodes that are given to me when I create them look like this:
- Each one has a different #, but they are all in this format.
