   Upload your theme again. Its broken - or at least the associated style.css file is wrecked.

   Nope. Still broken. I suspect you managed to get the directory permission set to not not allow read access for the wp-content, wp-content/themes or wp-content/themes/default. I suspect your default theme is the one with the permissions problems. Only you know what the default is.

   okay i am going to delete everyting and start over for the 50th time.
