   Hi there,
   I've created this wordpress theme from scratch. It is the 2nd theme I have ever made.
   It features widgets, fixed width, "cufon" for custom fonts for the blog heading and w3c html/css compliance*.

   the testing blog can be visited here (on a free host I use for development).

   I have imported a testing .xml file containing various posts/comments etc I obtained from the blog that is linked to.

   *non-compliance may occur as a result of the invalid html used in the testing file I uploaded.

   I hopefully will eventually release the theme to public domain in the future.

   Any comments are greatly appreciated

   You've got some markup validation errors.

   Yes as mentioned above the validation errors are not from the theme but from the html in the blog content which came from a wordpress testing xml file I uploaded to my blog to test the elements.

   check here for a page containing no errors...

   Its probably just me but the difference in the font between the regular text and the backquote is to great for my liking

   What do you mean by the "backquote"? Do you mean the blockquote?
   If so the fonts are the same (Trebuchet MS), just in italics...
