I CAN SET POSTS META KEYWORDS & DESCRIPTION OF POSTS BUT WHEN I OPEN PAGE IT SHOWS BOTH HOME PAGE AND POST META CONTENT COMBINED
I WANT TO KNOW THE CODE OR PLUGIN SO HOME PAGE META DETAILS WILL REMAIN ONLY IN HOME PAGE THEY ARE PRESENT IN HEADER.PHP

Please don't SHOUT. It's offensive. Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
