You might want to actually email the install4free team and explain your situation.
However if you plan on promoting your contracting business/availability for hire on the site, I’m quite sure that qualifies as “commercial” (at least it does in my opinion, and setting up the blog this way makes it all too easy for you to promote yourself for hire).
That said, if you’re doing that, my personal opinion is that with your experience, you should have the money to pay someone to do this for you, like any other business would.

First My concern was not about getting this service free, it was having it done by someone experenced in installing WordPress with 2.2.4. upgrades, as everything I have been reading on this blog indicates this installation on a Yahoo hosted Site can be extremily dificult and I want the best. And as for my site being commercial, your right it is commercial and a blog on my site could very well generate business for my company.AND, it could also help hundreds of people who are STRUGGLING to build their own homes. I should explain. I have been a STRONG advocate for Affordable housing for years. And there thousands of Owner builders Acros the country who build there own homes every year. I Applaud these builders and encourage them in their effort.I am also a Native American who happens to have the ability to Douse for Water, which you probably wont believe, but it ia true and living in the High Destert of California I have been called onhad the oppertunity to use this ability often. And I have never charged anyone for this service, because it is an ability given to me by my Creator. And I am sure there are many out there who do things for others, not for monetary rewards but becaus they enjoy using that special ability Creator has given them.

No, but wanting it free on a business site… does 🙂
Besides using the list above you could also do what dozens and dozens of businesses did – who read the Forum Rules, section F: make a new post asking for paid help, leave a contact address and we will close the thread. Those interested can contact you in private and you can ask for quote, references, examples of their work etc… you know, the whole business bidding process.
Now i really do feel stupid as I did not even think about asking for paid help to help set up my new web and believe me, I need alot of help as beside installing wordpress 2.2.4, I also want to insatll an audio and video pod cast and a slide show so if anyone is interested please contact me at askthebuilder4info@yahoo.com
