    It looks like you have something that is causing the HTML output to be encoded strangely – I’m not sure why those ‘code’ tags are in there. I would recommend disabling all of your plugins (except SSP) and seeing what happens then.

    Also, I can’t access your site at all: http://sonburnencounters.loc – my browser just says it can’t find the site at all.`

    Thanks for such quick reply. I’m sorry those “code” tags were there by mistake from wysiwyg editor when I posted my comment.

    This should be it.

    <div class="podcast_player"><a class="wp-embedded-audio" href="http://sonburnencounters.loc/attachment_id=148">http://sonburnencounters.loc/?attachment_id=148</a>
    </div>

    I deactivated all plugins and activated clean and fresh Twenty Thirteen theme, and still no luck.
    sonburnencounters.loc domain is localhost. I can’t share my staging site publicly.

    Here is the screenshot

    Thank you for taking time helping!

    It looks like you’re using the link to the attachment page as your audio file URL – you need to use the URL for the file itself otherwise the audio player won’t know what to do with it.
