Player does not look like demo screenshot

I would like the player to look like it does on the screenshot for this product (I just bought the ‘pro’ version for some of the other features).

Specifically, I like the way the player bar is presented next to the album artwork, and how there is track related text between the top section (underneath the album art) and the displayed track list.

On the site I am currently working on, this doesn’t happen. I tried switching the theme to Twenty-Twelve and disabling all plugins – it makes no difference.

Instead, everything is in one column. Can you provide some assistance in how to achieve the relatively cool look from your screenshot?
