    Dear righTune team,

    You have made the most beautiful Plugin (system) that anybody can wish for ! it’s a true addition to any site, adds feeling and enriches the visitor’s experience. My 6-star compliments to you !

    I did get the note from my customer as following;
    “I opened your website at work, and the sound played immediately, but my co-workers were not supposed to hear I was visiting your website during work-hours. Is there another way to avoid this?”

    I have considered this request, at this time, it’s fully auto-play only.
    Perhaps it would be possible to build-in an option in the plugin: a 4-second-delay BEFORE the music actually starts playing, and a small Widget Sidebar pop-up would appear to notice the visitor such as “music will start streaming after 3 seconds”.
    The Sidebar would minimize/disappear once the music has started.

    I’d love to hear your thoughts,
    Kind regards,
    Hans [sig moderated as per the Forum Rules]

    Hi Hans,

    Thanks for the warm words and your feedback. Currently our product have the following features that can resolve this issue:
    1. At the sign up process, a website owner has the option to indicate not to auto-play during working hours for all users. If you want to change your existing website auto-play indication please contact me through our website here.
    2. Our music starts to play only after 2-3 serconds (we don’t want to delay page loading time). When it starts, the volume is very low and going up slowly, so the user have totally 8-10 seconds to mute our music before it is played in normal volume.

    Anyway, I’ll forward your feedback to our product team and maybe it will be implemented in one of our future versions.

    Regards,

    Erez
