I am not a current WordPress user, but this blog: http://www.bizsum.com/blog/ has taken two of my articles, "How to Price Your Product or Service Just Right" and "10 Important Principles of Your Offer’s Guarantee," and reposted them without keeping the resource box intact. This is in violation of the terms of service of the article directory where they were originally posted. This blog does not have a "contact us."
Furthermore, if somebody is stealing your content and it is written on a paper sheet... would you complain at the paper factory?
"This is in violation of the terms of service of the article directory where they were originally posted."
Far more importantly it is a breach of copyright. However, as Moshu alludes WordPress has nothing what-so-ever to do with this so you (or the copyright holder) need to complain to the owners of the website in question.

by downloading and installing wordpress you agree to GPL Article 12 of GNU General Public License Terms and Conditions for Copying, Distribution, and Modification.

yogi,
that's totally irrelevant to this thread.
