Placement holders not appearing on the site.

Hi all,

I am not having a placement holders appearing for set the places for my ads when using this plugin to manage them. None of the options for different pages/posts show any placement holders. I am unsure if this is a plugin issue i.e. conflict with other plugins, or if it is a theme issue?

If someone could give me some guidance this would be much appreciated.
