[resolved] Place the buttons after *date* / *comments* / (9 posts)

    Hi,

I was using "share this" plugin because it was the only one that i can put anywhere on my pages.
But i dont like it because it connects to some weird analytics servers, etc.

I want to put the buttons next to *date* / ** comments / , is it possible?
i've read the inscructions but i'm a total newbie, so i dont understand. i think it as to do with the "template functions", but i'm not sure.

For example, for the last plugin, i've put this code in the single.php file :

    </span> &nbsp; / &nbsp; <?php comments_popup_link( __( 'Leave a comment', 'udesign' ), __( '1 Comment', 'udesign' ), __( '% Comments', 'udesign' ) ); ?> &nbsp; / &nbsp; <span class='st_twitter' st_via=''></span> <span class='st_facebook' ></span> <span class='st_plusone' ></span> <?php edit_post_link(__('Edit', 'udesign'), '<div style="float:right;margin:0 10px;">', '</div>'); ?>

    ********************

    Merci d'avance

    Hi !

Yes it's possible, but you need some PHP and CSS skills to do that.

You can read the documentation to help you :
    http://creativejuiz.fr/blog/doc/juiz-social-post-sharer-documentation.html#template

You need to use the template function, and some CSS display property to make the div container display as inline element.

I'll add some hooks to customize div container into span or other HTML element.
    Coming with 1.2.2 ;)

    Salut!

    http://creativejuiz.fr/blog/doc/juiz-social-post-sharer-documentation.html#template

    Bye, thanks ;)

    Hi,

    Yes, it's working.
You need to read the documentation to use hooks :
    http://creativejuiz.fr/blog/doc/juiz-social-post-sharer-documentation.html#hooks

    Have a nice day.

    Hi

Im a little bit lost. I dont know which code to use, and where to put it..
You've said that it'll use span codes, so i thought that it would be the same thing as with my old plugin, but i don't see any codes that looks like it

    Bonjour

thanks in fact i've only put <?php juiz_sps( $jsps_networks ); ?> at the same place than before

    i've also add `.juiz_sps_links {

    display: inline-block; }`
to have it on the same line

now i only need to customize the padding, font size, etc.

    thanks again

    Hi,

Yes, you just need to use inline ou inline-block for the UL, or simply replace UL and LI by SPAN elements :)
