Sorry, but if you purchased PixGridder Pro you should update to 3.0.3 and contact me (the author) through the marketplace where you purchased the plugin.
If the plugin was included in the theme, instead, you should contact the theme author.

Hey Manuelmasia, thanks for responding. I purchased a pro theme (infinite pro) which included pixgridder. When I went to post to the themes author, someone else had already posted about the problem. They suggested we reach out to you, but I will repost. It simply isn’t showing an update to 3.0.3 for pixgridder for me to update it.
To update PixGridder Pro you must have a license, if the author of the theme has an extended license, you should have to contact me to define how to include it in the theme or it should include the new version of the plugin inside a theme update.
Please, drop a line to the author and tell him to contact me to fix this thing. TIA, Manuel 🙂
