Various threads have indicated that nightlies after 4/27 should fix the fatal error on line 760 of class-xmlrpc.php when pingbacking; however, a quick perusal of the board shows that this bug is not the case. I almost wish I'd saved my earlier nightly; before I upgraded to this one, it worked fine...
I've traced it back to a call in the pingback code, but I'll be damned if I can follow the logic in class-xmlrpc.php. Heh.
Has -anyone- solved this yet? Please?
I don't know if this is the same, but I get a line 760 error when I try to edit an entry! It's most annoying :(
btw, Michael, you might want to update your query variable. Right now all I can see on your page (right-bottom) is "queries. 0.393 seconds in the making."
old : <?php echo $wpdb->querycount; ?>
new : <?php echo $wpdb->num_queries; ?>
Regards
I'm getting the same line 760 error when editing too.
I've been getting the 760 since about 4/28 as I recall. Using the 5/5 nightly and still getting it on edit. Not sure pingback or trackbacks work consistently and email notifications on comments are also sporadic.
760 error fixed on 5/10 build but can't trackback.
