   I just got email "new pingback on the post "Burn belly fat with Tim James" is waiting for your approval"

   What is that? It some kind of comment with a link on. Should I approve it?

   Is ot ok then to approve this comment? I must say that I don't like the comment (pingback). Comment is a summary of the article. Isn't that spammy?
