   I use to use b2bevolution bb and just started wordpress and love it, can not believe I haven't used this from the start. I was wondering about pings. I know on the old bb once I submitted a post and made it live, it would automatically ping the services I wanted. On wordpress how do I get it to ping services or is this also automatic?

   Settings->Writing and look under Update Services

   and yes automatic!
