   My new wp site has only one ping site in update service. Is just to add more sites? If yes how many and where to find them?

   You can just add more sites, one per line :)

   http://codex.wordpress.org/Update_Services has a list of others. Generally all you need is ping-o-matic, thought

   Read the URL. It explains what pingomatic is and how it's setup for you in WP already.
