Ping all feeds? [categories, comments etc]

    I’ve been wondering if it is possible to ping ALL the rss feeds coming out of my wordpress site.

    That includes the comments feed, category feeds etc.

    Also does anyone have links to a definitive resource about manual pinging with an xml file (or other way)?

    Appreciate the input people.
