Thank you for creating this awesome plugin - FO FREE - very cool. For some reason, I’m can’t get it to work right, and I would really appreciate if you can help me with it.

I'm using newest plugin version (1.1.5 at time of writing). I read through the FAQs and all previous support requests regarding Pin Count, but still need help. I also searched Google and the WPBeginner site for answers, but haven't found a solution.

My website is DIYNatural.com - I'm running the Genesis platform with a freshly coded HTML5 mobile responsive child theme, using a Studiopress recommended developer (he actually recommended your plugin - which I love). I'm hosted on a (dv) 4.0 at Mediatemple.

Pin count shows sometimes, most times it doesn't. (Note: have several hundred pins on the articles I tested, so it's not that they have a 0 pin count.)

I have the best luck with the Pin Count showing in Chrome, where I'm logged into my WP admin, and Pinterest - but even in Chrome, it's shows sometimes, other times ... not so much.

Mostly testing pin counts on these articles:

    1. http://www.diynatural.com/pollination-pollinators-need-help/
    2. http://www.diynatural.com/edible-weeds-for-salad-dinner/

Firefox rarely displays the Pin count.

Safari is really weird in that the pin count appears for a second, then disappears.

I cleared cache on all individual browsers when testing too, just so you know. :)

I use the pro version of the WP Rocket caching plugin. I tried clearing cache (multiple times), same issue. Tried disabling all caching, same issue.

Please let me know if I can help you troubleshoot the problem.

Thanks for any help, and blessings!

I followed your instructions on How To Properly Ask For Support and Get It, and could really use a hand figuring this out. Can you please help? Thanks!

A reply letting me know one way or the other is appropriate, so I can move on. Thanks.

After following your instructions on "how to properly ask for support and get it," reaching out with a few reminders, and waiting over 2 weeks for a reply that never came my review of this plugin will have to be 3 out of 5.

If you respond and offer assistance as indicated in the article reference above, I will amend my review accordingly.
