Pilcrow header image not resizing (2 posts)

I've created a child theme for Pilcrow and am trying to create a customized size for the header image. I'd like my image to be 770x55px and have made this change in the child theme's style.css.

Pilcrow's default image size is 770x200px. Pilcrow will not allow me to change the size. When I upload my image, the Pilcrow cropping tool will only allow the image to be sized proportionately to 770x200.

I read elsewhere that there's no easy way around it; those dimensions are coded in the php somewhere. My solution was to add some top/bottom bars to the header image.
