    Hello,

    i have a problem since upgrading to the latest version. The pictures show up on the site but if i click on it a black screen pops up but the image does not appear? I tried all options (lightbox, thickbox, off etc.) but nothing helps? Could anyone take a quick look on it? Example Page -> http://www.hundeseite.de/hunderassen/hunderasse-a/australian-shepherd.html#galerie

    Thanks!

    I am having a similar issues, so any help would be appreciated.

    When I first put in my galleries everything worked right no captions/alt text and when you clicked on an image it would enlarge out - bit now I have captions/alt text and the picture either does not show or I get an error.

    my site: http://www.chsrs.com

    the images in question are on the location pages similar to this and one

    Thank you!

    You picture doesn't open just the black screen. But I right clicked and open the picture in a separate tab and saw the picture.

    Maybe an issue with the path to your gallery.

    @Bruboy

    You pictures work.

    Good luck.

    @DoubleSixx

    Thanks for your answer. But if this works how could it be a problem with the path then? The pictures are there (also when i look in the html code). It must have something to do with the lightbox/highslide/etc option i guess? Any other could help?

    Regards

    Sorry I was unclear. I meant the path to display the images.

    I think part of the issue may be Lightbox oriented, but I can not even save in effects. When I try to change it back to Lightbox (or another option), it will not save and stays on "Custom" with the Java: class="myfancybox" rel="%GALLERY_NAME%"

    @Legende

    Could you please take screenshots of your settings for nggallery ?

    Would help seeing what you have.

    @BruBoy - If you delete the plugin, the data of all of your galleries will also be deleted (This is a WordPress function). What I would suggest is either refreshing the plugin files manually via FTP while the plugin is deactivated, and then reactivate the plugin once the process has finished. Or you might try deactivating all plugins (including NextGEN), switch temporarily to the WordPress default Twenty Twelve theme and then clear your browser cache. Refresh your site, reactivate NextGEN Gallery plugin only, and see if that helps. If it does, it may either be another plugin interfering with the lightbox display or it might be the theme you're using.

    @Legende - Sorry to hear about this. Would you mind trying the same suggestion that I outlined for @BruBoy and let me know if that works for you as well? Deactivate all plugins > temporarily switch to WP Default Theme > clear browser cache and then reactivate NextGEN Gallery plugin. See if that helps the images display better.
