I am looking for a plug in that does similar thing to this site..
where in the item listing, it able to show the number of like and it ranking
if you click into the restaurant details. you will have the like button on each photo.

any body know what plug in can do this?

Search for the keyword 'vote', 'rating', 'rate', 'like', 'thumb up' in the public repository. This is an example of what you can find but there are dozens more.
There is this very popular premium plugin also: ThumbsUp that looks like it does something similar.
