   I want to add a picture to my post, but in admin the picture icon to upload a picture is not on the toolbar?

   Hi,

   When you write a post there is an option of the picture upload at the top of the write post page...from where you can upload the pictures...

   If you want to upload the picture from the flicker then also you can apply your picture URL there..and you can also you use flicker plugin for wordpress to accomplish your requirement..
