Picture not publish

Hello every 1 ,,

i have my own private blog in wordpress i just add a picture 6 months ago i did remove it from the wordpress but when i m writing my name in the google i can see my old picture i dont want to see any one my weblog its private i just changed the privacy setting but isnt work plzzzzzz help me out that no one can see my picture in the google when i am writing my name thx appreciate it any one help me .
