Picture not being displayed

    Hello all.

    I have successfully installed two sites, one at nickbeard.net and the other in a sub file of that at nickbeard.net/digitaldisaster. Both are operational as I don’t really care about traffic seeing an undeveloped site.

    That being said all of my media such as pictures are allowed to be uploaded to wp-content folder, but the instant it uploads all I see is an outline of the picture, but no picture thumbnail. The picture does not load.

    I think it is an assess issue with permissions because I clicked on the picture and it went to a 401 access is denied error. I set the folder and all its subfolder, etc to allow “everyone” full access.

    Is there another step?
