picture in “my profile”?

low priority.
add a field in “my profile” where people can upload an avatar/picture, options for limiting file size/dimension and format should be in place if you do 😀 and if users are level <5 the pic needs to be approved.
so there.
i’ll go and try out the nightly build now.
