   When i logged on to my website and tried to upload an image it fails. It allows u to choose the image and it gives you the "image has uploaded successfully, refresh the page to see the image," message, but once you do so the image still isn't there. Any suggestions?(We've already tried cropping the photo to a smaller size and that was not the issue)

   That's an odd message. Are you using WordPress' built in uploader or a plugin?
