@balota – There is no specific option to enable downloading of the gallery images. Perhaps a link to your site / gallery would help to better explain what you are trying to accomplish … I may not be understanding what you are actually looking for.

    Thanks!

This is a link to a gallery:
    http://www.scng.si/galerije/nggallery/vss-solsko-leto-201314/podelitev-diplom-6-junij-2014/
When students are scroling pictures, someone would like to save some picture to a computer. When you right click on the picture, you dont have an option ‘save picture as’.

@balota,  ‘save picture as’ is an option of the browser, not of WordPress or Nextgen. You may have disabled it.

Well, it’s true somehow. If I use IE is possible to download the pictures. Do you know where can I enable this option in Mozila Firefox. I don’t remember to disable it.

I have tried to download pictures from gallery on many different computers, but the result is the same on everyone.
In my opinion it’s not the browsers fault, the source of the ‘problem’ is Nextgen gallery. I don’t belive that on every different computer that belong to different owner, the settings are the same ‘wrong’. I can’t order users to use specific browser. It’s simply impossible.

@balota, check if you have a script or a plugin that disable the image saving with the right click. Deactivate all of your plugins (except Nextgen) and activate default theme and see if the actions over images comes available. In Firefox they should be, more or less, “view, copy, save image as, email, set as, view image info…”.
If not, try to change your Nextgen lightbox effect to something else, e.g. shutter or fancybox. Currently your Nextgen images, when opened in lightbox, are seen as links, that’s the reason why you can’t save them.
And then, even if this is not related to the issue, update Nextgen to the last version.

@balota – I just checked (again) with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera and I can download any random image I chose from your site out of the Lightbox Effect.

I am trying to set up the extended album and it is showing me that there are 14 images. I use Windows 7, 64 bit and using the Exposure Theme. When I try to upload the images I get this error message.

“An unexpected error occurred. …. No images were uploaded. Check with support”

I am trying to get the site working before I take it live at the moment it is on local host.

@hmpk, open your own topic, you can’t have answer in someone else’s thread
