Pictips are tiny thumbnails

    From the description: “Automatically resizes and positions bubbles as required”.

    Who or what is requiring the downsizing of my image? And how can I change it back to full size, as required?

    The resizing is the actual bubble container, not the image. It may be the case that you are linking to the thumbnail and not the full image.
