   I just converted form wordpress.com to wordpress.org and all the pictures I used PicApp with are now just code.
   Do I have to put in every picture in myself or is there another solution?

   I'm guessing you've used the WP shortcode on your WP.com blog.
   You'll have to do it manually on every image (also for every YouTube clip or other shortcode elements).
