PHP/WordPress forgets about MySQL

    Hi there – this is driving me mad.

    I’ve installed PHP, MySQL and WordPress onto my Windows 2003 server and have got it running under IIS fine.

    After a couple of days of running, however, WordPress stops working and just comes up with the error message:

    “Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL which is required for WordPress.”

    The only way to clear it appears to be to restart the server.

    Any ideas?
