   Hi there - I was hoping that someone could help me - my entire hosting was lost - but thankfully I was able to retrieve a phpMyAdmin SQL Dump of my database - I was hoping that someone might have had the same experience and be able to help me with re-installing wordpress and the data etc?

   Any help or ideas would be very appreciated!

   if you have a complete dump from mysql .. you just need to reinstall whatever version you had before, empty all the tables, and import the data from the dump.

   I'll help you, I suppose.. its not that hard.
