phpmyadmin or databass problem

    Hello guys,

    Earlier some of my blogs got problem the posts are not opening, I couldn’t access my dashboard and the posts are not find etc…

    When I try to go to my phpmyadmin page to try to optimize and repair the tables I couldn’t access the phpmyadmin page so that I went to my web hosting panel and upgraded the phpmyadmin for each blogs directory. I was able to open the phpmyadmin page but when I submit the user name and password it doesn’t work. right now when I try to open any of the blog posts it’s the phpmyadmin page opening please I need help.

    Last question how could I hire someone to fix my blogs with affordable price? How secure it is? I hope I will get help. Thanks in advance.
