   My Hosting offers the possebility to upgrade PHP4 to PHP5.
   My question, Wil WordPress still be working after the upgrade. Or do i need to make changes in some files/db after the upgrade?

   I upgraded to PHP 5 and everything worked fine. I suggest you make a backup of you db just in case. The DB *shouldn't* be affected because it's PHP upgrade not MySQL.
