   I have some php calculators that I purchased from a programmer and what I would like to do is 'wrap' them into a wordpress page. The calcs will be in the same web space as wordpress..... I would like to wrap it because it has its own config files and smarty template config.

   I have search around but I might be using the wrong keywords. Could someone offer some advice?

   As long as they are PHP files, it is easy to add your normal WordPress header and footer files to them. See this thread for more info and examples:
