PHP Warning: is_readable()

    I’m getting the following error:

    PHP Warning: is_readable() [function.is-readable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(E:\Domains\clinicatorres.com.br\wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/E:\Domains\clinicatorres.com.br\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\products\photocrati_nextgen\modules\i18n\lang/nggallery-pt_BR.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (E:\Domains\clinicatorres.com.br) in E:\Domains\clinicatorres.com.br\wwwroot\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 457

    I can’t even access the admin panel. What’s the problem? Theme: Verdia. The domain is http://clinicatorres.com.br/

    @thalitasa – There appears to be an issue with how the path / URL addresses are being generated/read with your site … when did this start?

    This may also have to do with how your web server is configured as well but that would be outside the scope of support we can realistically offer.

    It starts when I changed the host. I fixed the problem by deleting the plugin via FTP. Then I access the admin panel and reinstall Nextgen. But another problem with other plugin continues 🙁

    @thalitasa – You might want to check with your new host to ensure you current server environment is capable of handling WordPress correctly and also if there were any issues with the transfer of services that you need to be aware of.
