PHP Notices being issued

I’m getting PHP5.3 “Indirect modification of overloaded property” notices when I enable this plugin. This can be avoided if you add $bp->invite_anyone = new stdClass; before setting $bp->invite_anyone->id = 'invite_anyone'; in the file by-email/by-email.php.
