PHP memory and plugins (4 posts)

I had a lot of memory issues until recently solved.

It would be nice to have a way to detect how much memory each plugin utilizes on your install without having to step through activating or deactivating each one, one by one.

I haven't seen any plugins that do that. I have only seen plugins that give you an idea of the general memory usage and health of your system.

  2. Yeah, I only know of this one: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-memory-usage

Probably because calculating per-plugin depends (in part) on how it interacts with other plugins.

Yeah that's very general. I had to activate each plugin one at a time and then note what each one was using. Very time consuming.
