Php help needed

Hi, Does anyone know how to add a link next to the “category” and “comments” both on a single post and on the entire blogroll? … I am assuming (perhaps wrongly) that it may be added in the functions.php, but I can’t seem to find anywhere to add it. I am using the Brunelleschi theme. And my website is: http://www.annikavonholdt.com/blog
