    Hi,
I tried upgrading my site to 3.5.2 but the automated upgrade failed. My wp-admin was down with a Error 500 message. I tried manual upgrade and backup restore through FTP and nothing works. My site is up and running but I can't access the admin area.
On my server I found an error log with the following message:

[25-Jun-2013 06:57:02] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home3/user/public_html/domain/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php on line 1439

Does someone here have a solution for this issue? I want to avoid re-installing as I had a very customized theme and I´m not a programmer...

    Thanks

I forgot something, I also found this error message in the log:

[25-Jun-2013 09:48:31] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home3/user/public_html/domain/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 584

Thanks, I included the line in the Wp-config (64 did not work, had to use 128 instead).

Now my site is up and running.

    Thanks
